System의 개요

본 Creep시험기는 저 하중(경량소재) 전용 Creep 시험기로써 일반 Lever type의 Creep tester에 비해 정확한 하중을 부과할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. Creep 실험에 있어 가장 중요한 인자는 응력, 온도, 시간이라고 할 수 있다. 그 중 응력과 온도는 실험결과에 지대한 영향을 줄 수 있는 인자라 할 수 있다. 본 Direct creep은 이러한 점을 중시하여 기존의 Lever type creep tester가 가지는 저 하중 유지의 어려움을 해소하고 정확한 하중을 줄 수 있는 구조로 설계가 되어 있으며, Grip 및 Extension rod의 무게 및 크기도 줄여 시편을 장착할 때 발생할 수 있는 시편 손상 및 Rod에 의한 무게 등을 배제 할 수 있는 구조로 설계되어 있다. 본 시험기는 소형 Table top 형식으로 책상에 올려놓고 사용할 수도 있으며, 설치 장소의 공간에 제약을 받지 않는 장점이 있다.

1. Frame
1.1 Main frame

1.2 Full rod & Grip
   Pull rod & Grip의 재질은 최고 사용온도, 하중에 따라 결정되며 기본적으로는 SUS 304 재질을
   사용합니다.

1.3 Motor equipments
   본 장치에 장착된 모터는 시편을 장착하고 온도를 올릴 때 하중의 영향을 받지 않는 무 부하
   상태로 들어주는 역할을 하며 온도 안정화된 다음 실험시작 버튼을 누름과 동시에 하중을 부과해
   주는 준다.

   본 장치에 설치된 Load cell은 정확한 하중을 올리기 위해 Grip 및 Extension rod등의 무게를
   고려하여 하중을 정확히 측정하기 위해 설치되어 있으며, 본체의 Panel에 Indicator가 설치되어
   있어 실 하중을 알 수가 있다.

2. Main controller

This controller has very various function of this controller are as below - Temperature controller by the SCR methods.

- Show in the LCD window; time, temp, displacement


3. Software & Data acquisition system 

This software has a function of test condition setting, monitoring the system status,    
data acquisition and analysis as the main system software.

4. Chamber (Temp.)

    일반적인 경우 300℃ 이하에서의 온도조절은 상하편차에 의한 영향이 크므로Furnace보다는
    강제 송풍에 의해 대류의 공기를 순환해 주는 방식을 선택한다. 실험하고자 하는 재질을 고려하
    여 Chamber로 갈 것인지, Furnace로 갈 것인지에 대한 판단을 해야 하며, 본 장비에서는 경량
    소재를 기준으로 Chamber를 기준으로 삼았으며, 재질에 따라 Furnace로의 전환도 가능하다. - Range of  Temp; RT~320℃

5. Extensometer & jig

    일본 Mitutoyo 제품인 Digimatic indicator를 사용하여 신뢰성과 정밀성을 확보하였으며, jig는
    최대한 소형 경량화 하여 시편에 주는 영향을 배제하였으며, 시편의 형상을 고려하여 Slip이 일어
    나지 않는 구조로 설계하였다.

- Extensometer jig material: SUS 304

7.2  Warranty and Calibration
- EXCELAB provides a one years system warranty from the date of installation
- Transducer calibration by EXCELAB personnel prior to delivery, in accordance with
   EXCELAB calibration procedures
7.3 Installation and Checkout, Training
- EXCELAB service engineer or authorized representative provides complete installation
   and operational checkout of the system at customer site.
- EXCELAB service engineer will supply suitable training at installation
